We want the manual to earn its keep in your home. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it. That's the whole policy, but here are the plain details.

Our 30-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied with The Plain Household Manual for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund what you paid in full. You don't need to explain yourself, and there are no awkward questions.

Because these are digital books

The manual and its guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, so nothing needs to be shipped or returned. Requesting a refund simply ends your access to the files and any future editions.

How to request a refund

• Email us at contact@silasfisherhomestead.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Tell us you'd like a refund. That's enough.
• We'll process it back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Stripe, and refunds are returned to the same card or method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
